Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions apply in all cases to protect both parties.

  • An agreement detailing the customer's requirements will be produced and should be signed by both parties before work commences.


  • For companies an invoice will be issued with the completed work and settlement is strictly 14 days from the date of invoice; a full breakdown of costs will be provided. Standard payment method is via bank transfer. I also accept cheques or payment via Paypal.


  • For individuals living in the UK, settlement is on completion of work by cash or cheque, which must be accompanied by a guarantee card, or via Paypal. For individuals living outside the UK, I only accept payment via Paypal.


  • Final checking/proofreading is the customer's responsibility. Any errors notified within 24 hours after submission of work will be amended free of charge.


  • In some cases a deposit of no more than 50% of the estimated cost of a project may be required.
